Physical Moves are a classification of attacks in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen that use the Pokemon's Attack stat. The higher a Pokemon's Attack stat, the more damage a Physical move will do.

Notably, there is no Physical and Special Attack Split in these games, and a move's damage classification is instead determined by its type.
