To use Held Items, you need to make Pokemon hold them to gain their special effects. Some of these items straight up boost a Pokemon's stats when held, while others can also boost the damage of a specific Type's moves.

Held Items are items that grant special effects when they're held by Pokemon. From boosting power of a specific Type's moves to boosting a Pokemon's stats, these items can be a big advantage when it comes to battle.
