Pikmin 4 - Waddlequaff
Family Weight Sparklium Value Pikmin Yield
Gourdfeather 7 7 8
Sci. Name Sluppus gourdicus
Locations Plunder Palace
Cradle of the Beast
DalmoDalmo's Log It possesses a bottomless stomach and will swallow down anything and everything unfortunate enough to end up in its path. It will even consume things larger than its own body without missing a step. The best part is its goofy little head that looks just like a fuzz-covered gourd!
OlimarOlimar's Log Its overdeveloped respiratory muscles allow it to suck in large volumes of air through its long, thick beak while feeding.
Its feathers are too small to use for flying. The current theory is that this is due to its niche position in the ecosystem being quite secure thanks to a lack of natural predators and little competition for food in its habitat.
However, with the expansion of Pikmin territory, recently its numbers have been gradually declining.
LouieLouie's Log Breasts, thighs, and wings can be baked, roasted, or fried. The rest of the carcass is great for flavoring a rich soup stock.
