If anyone is still stuck on this like I was. Even completing the mission again didn't let me go back up the elevator for the Big Moxxi event. I had to have someone else get me up there ao not sure why its bugged for some.
you have to go inside the one tunnel near the elevator and cover yourself with that blood again.
For some reason I can’t use the elevator anymore. When even it scans me, the beam turns ready and does not allow me to go up.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't even drop the onslaught to be honest. That could've just been a world drop because I've been farming him for a while now and it's just constantly the same 3 things.
He will also drop the “Kickballer” legendary shotgun.
it could also be one of those dumb things where he just drops them all outside the arena. I had this happened a several times. It also one the reason I stopped farming this boss

no matter what i do he doesn't drop any loot when i kill him.
