How to Romance your Companions
Raise Their Approval Rating
Companions in Baldur's Gate 3 can be romanced by raising their approval of you, which can be done by choosing the right dialogue options or accomplishing actions that will earn their favor in the game.
It is recommended to align your choices in the game based on the inherent nature of the companion you are trying to woo.

How to Increase Approval Ratings
Choose the Right Dialogue Options and Actions
You increase the approval rating of your companions by appealing to their personality traits and characteristics. There is a pop-up notification that appears on the top left of the screen when a companion either approves or disapproves of your choices in the game.
You can check the approval rating of your companions by pressing TAB to go to the Party View, and selecting the Character Sheet tab in the menu. From there, choose the character you want to examine and select the Detailed View tab under the name.
The Approval Rating of your companions always start at Neutral, but will ultimately change depending on how strong or weak your relationship is with them.

Go to Camp and Initiate Dialogue with Companions
Going to camp is recommended when raising the approval rating of your companions, given that new dialogue options become available during camp that are otherwise inaccesible in-game.
Can You Romance Multiple Companions?
It Is Possible to Be Involved With Multiple Companions Romantically
The game allows you to establish a romantic relationship with more that one companion in the game. Do note that attempting multiple romances may result to conflict between you and your companions.
Some companions may be open to the idea of an open relationship, while others may believe that you should only be romatically involved with them and no one else. It mostly depends on their personality and moral standards.
