Unlocks After Completing the Sentimental Bouquet Sub=Quest
The quest is available in Ganath Haros - Thistlym once you finish the Sentimental Bouquet Sub-Quest. Travel to Thistlym, and head southwest from the Inn so you could talk to Nottio and Cagari.

You can complete A Nice Spot for Love and Healing by completing the following objectives:
Speak With Nottio and Cagari
Travel to Thistlym, and head southwest from the Inn. Talk to Nottio and Cagari once you see them in the area.
Acquire 5x Icicle Fang
Fast Travel to Shinefall Woods in Ganath Haros
Icicle Fangs can be obtained from Wild Boars roaming around Shinefall Woods in Ganath Haros.
Set Your Strategy to “Do Nothing”
Before interacting with the zeugles, make sure to set your strategy to “Do Nothing”. This is because simply killing the boars won't result in a Icicle Fang. Setting your strategy to “Do Nothing” will ensure that other party members can't kill the boars you're trying to farm.
Strategy Guide: How to Use and Customize Strategies
Destroy the Boars' Tusks
Have Kisara's Boost Attack ready and use it while a boar is in the middle of charging at you. You'll know your boost attack was successful if you see the “Boost Break” text and the boar's tusks have been destroyed.
A successful Boost Attack from Kisara will destroy a boar's tusks, thus giving you a Icicle Fang. Make sure that all boars during the battle have destroyed tusks before you kill them off to ensure you've collected Icicle Fangs from each one.
After getting the Icicle Fangs, exit the area and enter it again to respawn the enemies. Repeat the process all over again until you have your desired amount of Icicle Fangs.
Icicle Fang Location and Farming Guide
Deliver the Materials to Nottio and Cagari
After acquiring the 5x Icicle Fangs, head back to Nottio and Cagari so you could complete the sub-quest.
