Players who wish to fight this beast will need to bring along plentiful amounts of recovery items and full CP, as avoiding many of its area-of-effect attacks can prove to be difficult to accomplish.

Secret Boss Fight After Mantis

Mesmald is an extremely powerful adversary that can be fought immediately after the conclusion of your fight against Mantis.

A condition must be met by the end of the Mantis fight in order to get Mesmald to spawn.

In order to get Mesmald to spawn, you will need to defeat Mantis in under 5 Minutes. It does not matter whether you pick up character weapons throughout Traslida Highway or defeat the other optional boss Relentless Charger – Mesmald will only appear upon defeating Mantis under the time limit.
