To aid in your battle against the Red Woman, here are some tips that you can utilize in your fight.
Although the Red Woman will try to close the distance between the two of you, having two attackers such as Alphen or Law distract the Red Woman long enough to allow you to attack her from afar using either Shionne or Rinwell.
The Red Woman is weak to any light-based attacks that you can use against it. In particular, the numerous Artes she has such as Holy Lance are all quite effective and can be used repeatedly in combination with other party member's attacks.
The Red Woman forms three figures that attack simultaneously and have both individual HP bars and a shared HP bar. It is recommended to focus all attacks on just one target as much as possible while the remaining party members can distract the remaining two.
This is so that you can eliminate one of them, reducing the number of targets on the field while dealing significant damage to the Red Woman's collective HP bar.

If you have limited amounts of light-based Artes, it's recommended that you prioritize the survival of the party members who can cast them. Rinwell in particular should be protected since she has the most useful selection of light-based Artes available.

Rinwell can effectively cast her Artes from a far-away distance. By using her Artes to attack from afar, she can deal significant damage against the Red Woman without ever having to step into danger.

Although Alphen has some light-based Artes of his own, his primary purpose in the fight should be to distract some of the Red Woman's forms from attacking Shionne or Rinwell. Using his Boost Attack can also cause targets to stagger, allowing him to attack freely without worrying about the Boss' attacks.

Similar to Rinwell, Shionne can also effectively attack from afar. Attacking should be Shionne's secondary role in this fight since her healing abilities will be needed. It's best to make sure that your melee attackers like Law and Alphen stay healed up since it's easy for them to take a lot of damage.

As long as Law is kept alive and in the main party throughout the fight, he will eventually enter his Over Limit mode, which can be used to trigger his Mystic Arte.
Law's Overlimit and Mystic Artes can help deal thousands of light-based damage at a time to the Red Woman, which can make the fight shorter overall, especially if you manage to use his Mystic Arte multiple times.
The boss' primary means of attack is to use spinning blades called Chakrams which they can plant directly in front of themselves, making attacking the target from the front more difficult.
The Red Woman can also spin these Chakrams in a circle around herself, so be cautious about attacking from behind or the sides as well when you see this attack starting up.
One of the last few attacks the boss will do in the second phase of the fight is to teleport all around the arena. The various forms of Red Woman will then send out a beam of Dark Astral Energy, which can cause severe damage or even a one-hit K.O. if you're not careful.
The Red Woman will teleport several times in a straight line, or teleport erratically and try to hit you from different points around the arena.
