The quest is available in Cyslodia - Central Plaza once you finish the Faceless Main Quest. Look for the Cysloden Bakers just east of the Cyslodia - Central Plaza Avenue entrance, and talk with the Dahnan Girl.

You can complete The Temperature of Touch by completing the following objectives:
Fast travel to the Central Plaza Avenue in Cysloden, then head east to reach the Central Plaza. Talk with the Dahnan Girl to start the sub-quest.
Fast travel to Nevira Snowplains, and head towards the north central portion of the area. Talk with Gourdeno when you find him.
You will need to acquire 2x Wheat, 2x Egg, and 2x Tofu. A nearby merchant can be found at Nevira Plains, so just head southwest of the area and buy the ingredients from him.
Head back to the Dahnan Girl to deliver the sample.
Fast travel to Pelegion, and head towards the southwest area of Pelegion - Level 2. Talk to the Hungy Renan Boy to complete the sub-quest.
