The Great Dragon boasts a 70,000 HP and an immense attack power so it can be a little difficult to take down. However, since it is a fire dragon, water-type attacks work great against it.
We recommend using Rinwell or Shionne for this fight and equip them with water-type artes like Spread and Freeze Lancer.
Keep a safe distance from the dragon while you cast magic to avoid damage. When you're playing as Rinwell, remember to charge your artes to unleash a stronger attack.
It would also be really helpful if you can buy items that can heal and revive your party members just in case the Great Dragon did a number on your team.
