Having the ingredients on hand will make this sub-quest easier to complete since you just have to hand them over to Gourdeno.
In the event that you don't have any of the ingredients, just follow the road down Frozen Valley until you find a camp and a merchant. The merchant sells wheat for 30 Gald each.
Alternatively, you can also get wheat and apples at Nevira Snowplains. Their exact locations are indicated by the red arrows in the image above. The area is surrounded by zeugles so keep an eye on them.
