This edition includes everything in the Deluxe Edition, as well as the different exclusive costumes in the game such as the Premium Costume Pack, the School Wear Pack, the Swimwear Pack, the Warring State Pack, and the Collaboration Pack!
The Ultimate Edition of the game isn't really worth buying unless you really want to dress your characters with the costumes included in it.
It gives you other options for your characters' attires but these are purely cosmetics and have no effects in-game.
