What Happens in Over Limit Mode?

Damage Immunity and No AG Consumption

A character that has entered Over Limit mode is indicated by a blue aura that surrounds them during battle.

During this state, a character won't consume AG when performing artes and they are also immune to damage from enemies.

However, Over Limit Mode only lasts for about 10 seconds. It is important to spam your character's artes during this time to unleash a series of strong artes combos since they are not going to consume AG.

Perform Mystic Artes

Entering Over Limit Mode will also let your character perform Mystic Artes. Simply press two or more buttons that Artes are assigned to while in Over Limit Mode to execute your character's Mystic Artes.

Take Sufficient Damage and Execute Perfect Evades

Your character can enter Over Limit Mode when they have taken a suffiicient amount of damage or when they were able to execute perfect evades. Always aim to do these things if you want your character to enter Over Limit Mode.
