The quest is available in Calaglia - Ulzebek once you finish the Faceless Main Quest. Head southwest of the Inn at Ulzebek, and talk with the Concerned Dahnan Man.

You can complete Good Luck, Boss by completing the following objectives:
Head southwest of the Inn at Ulzebek, and talk to the Concerned Dahnan Man. They'll inform you of a Renan Child they've encountered in their travels.
Travel to Iglia Waters, and head northwest of the area. Interact with the Renan Child after you see him.
Head southeast from where you've found the child, and follow him. Talk to him again so he could just run away again.
Continue heading southeast from where you've previously found the child until you see him being confronted by a Maxidillo.
Defeat the Maxidillo during the boss fight to save the child and complete the sub-quest.
