Tissue Sample can be unlocked after you land on Rena by following the main story. The fast travel points are unlocked between Rena, Lenegis and Dahna at this point.

Defeat the Six-Armed Giant With Light Artes
This six-armed giant was produced by a researcher in Daeq Faezol. Violent and untamed, the researcher disposed it only for it to end up in Rena.
Calamity Arms can use teleportation to get close to your characters, followed by a spin attack.
Exploit its weakness by equipping light artes such as Shooting Star and Divine Saber. Aim for its head for a core break then go all out on the horrifying zeugle!
