You can migrate your Tales of Arise PS4 save to your PS5 by uploading your PS4's save data and downloading it on your PS5. Read on for a step-by-step guide on how to migrate your Tales of Arise PS4 save to the PS5.

Start by booting up Tales of Arise on your PS4 and choose the Save Data Upload option on the title screen.
The game will now perform a batch transfer, uploading the PS4 version of Tales of Arise and storing them locally to the Server.
This process may take a few minutes, and you'll see a notification afterwards that your save file has been uploaded successfully.
Once you're done uploading your PS4 save file, launch the PS5 version of Tales of Arise and choose the Save Data Download on the title screen.
Note: If you already have an exisitng save file for Tales of Arise on the PS5, the newly downloaded PS4 save data will overwrite your existing save file!
The system will once again perform a batch transfer, downloading your PS4 save file from the server and saving it as Local Save Data on your PS5.
This process will take another few minutes and you'll receive a notification afterwards that your PS4 save file is now on your PS5 copy of Tales of Arise.
Trophies that you've previously obtained on the PS4 Version of Tales of Arise are automatically added once the save file finishes transfering.
You may receive several notifications appearing on the top right corner of the screen as soon as you finish downloading your PS4 save file depending on how many trophies you've previously obtained!
You can transfer your Tales of Arise Xbox One save file to Series X|S with the same steps. However, the achievements you earned on your Xbox One save are not transferred to your Series S|X save file.
This means you'll need to re-obtain those achievements on your Xbox Series S|X game even if you've already transfered your Xbox One save file.
