Talk to the Migrant Sailor in Aqfotle Hills after you finish "The Lord's Daughter" main quest. He's west of Niez's gate.

You can complete Safe Treade Route by completing the following objectives:
Head towards the central area of Aqfotle Hills near the path leading to Adan Lake. From there, talk to the sailor standing beside the wooden cart.
Defeat the Zeugles just nearby the area where you've talked with the sailor. The Zeugles can be found along the stone path.
Proceed towards the central area of Aqfotle Hills, and defeat the Zeugles roaming around. The Zeugles will be located beside abandoned carts and barrels.
Go towards the western end of Aqfotle Hills, and eliminate the Zeugles in the area. They can be located at the end of a bridge near the area.
Return to where the sailor is, and interact with him to complete the sub-quest.
