How to Unlock Skybound Swarm
Accessible at the End of The Way Forward Main Quest
Although Skybound Swarm is unlocked while you're still in Ganath Haros, it is only accessible once you've reached Cyslodia after the main quest events in Ganath Haros.
Players will be able to access the other areas again during the last part of The Way Forward main quest. It will be before heading to The Wedge.

Find the Zeugle Swarms in Aqfotle Hills
You can find Mother Boomy, along with other little Boomies, in Aqfotle Hills. Mother Boomy Lev. 43, Wild Boomy Lv 31 x 3
Mother Boomy, Level 43, is capable of spawning a swarm of Boomy, 3 Level 31 Wild Boomys, beside her then rush to attack your characters. This attack is very quick so always be ready to dodge when you see her pause for a brief moment.
Mother Boomy's weakness is on its back and it can be quite hard to reach. Bring her down with boost attacks to leave her core wide open.
