You can find Mother Boomy, along with other little Boomies, in Aqfotle Hills.
Mother Boomy is capable of spawning a swarm of Boomy beside her then rush to attack your characters. This attack is very quick so always be ready to dodge when you see her pause for a brief moment.
Mother Boomy's weakness is on its back and it can be quite hard to reach. Bring her down with boost attacks to leave her core wide open.
