How to Unlock Goodwill Ambassador Zareh
Unlocks After Finishing the Feared Main Quest
The quest is available in Menancia - Viscint once you finish the Feared Main Quest. Head to the northeast area from the Training Grounds, and talk with Lagill.

Goodwill Ambassador Zareh Walkthrough Guide
You can complete Goodwill Ambassador Zareh by completing the following objectives:
Speak to Lagill
Head northeast of the Training Grounds at Viscint, and speak with Lagill.
Search For Zareh
Zareh First Location
Zareh can be found just below the stairs in your current area. Head down the stairs, and interact with Zareh so you could talk with a Cat-Loving Woman. After the conversation, Zareh runs away.
Zareh Second Location
Zareh can be found next at the southern area from the Training Grounds. Interact with Zareh so you could begin a dialogue with a Cat-Loving Dahnan. Zareh will proceed to run away again.
Zareh Third Location
Zareh will be standing right outside the front of the Inn. Interact with Zareh to begin a dialogue with a Trembling Mother nearby.
Search For the Child
Fast travel to the central area of Traslida Highway, and look for the child. The child is accompanied by a 2x Forest Roper and 3x Boomy Zeugles. Save the child by defeating the Zeugles nearby.
Report Back to Lagill
Head back to Lagill's location and talk with her to complete the subquest.
