Unlocked After the Disappearance and Distress Main Quest

This sub-quest is available in Viscint, Menancia after the Disappearance and Distress main quest. Head near Autelina Palace. The Considerate Brother is by the left flight of stairs leading to the palace.

Beyond the Visage Walkthrough Guide

You can complete Beyond the Visage by completing the following objectives:

1. Speak to the Service Corps Soldier
2. Question residents
3. Track down the missing girl

Speak to the Service Corps Soldier

Start the sub-quest by talking to the Considerate Brother beside the service corps soldier along the steps leading up to Autelina Palace.

Question Residents

Head to the other side of Viscint and speak to indicated resident by Trasilda Highway's gate.

Track Down the Missing Girl

The Missing Girl is located southwest of Trasilda Highway's fast travel point, surrounded by zeugles. Defeat the Zeugles to proceed. A series of cutscenes will play out after the fight, signaling the end of the sub-quest.

You'll be up against waves of Destructive Boars, Bandit Shellshockers, and Boomies. This combination can be problematic in higher difficulties so we recommend these boost attack tips to help tip the fight in your favor:

• Kisara: Pop her boost attack to interrupt a boar's charge attack. The attack itself can be interrupted as soon as the boar takes off, so make sure you have ample distance to react and don't pop it too early!
• Rinwell and Law: Rinwell and Law's boost attacks are great against bandit shellshockers. The former can interrupt key astral artes from going off, while the latter can break through their barriers and leave them open for combos and heavy attacks.
• Shionne: Snipe boomies out of the air with Shionne's boost attack to make quick work of these pesky zeugles. The fight tilts in your favor as soon as they're not there to distract you from the boars and shellshockers.
