One ingredient Gourdeno wants you to find is rice. You can find them in Latvu Marshlands at the exact location on the image above.
You'll come across two Mossels on your way to get the rice so be prepared to fight these armored zeugles.
Another ingredient is Stimulating Powder or Pepper. You can find this ingredient in Latvu Marshlands too!
The location they're at is surrounded by Killer Effigies so always be on the look out for these zeugles.
The Neither Swine nor Hare Meat that Gourdeno is talking about is simply Rappig Meat.
To get these, simply fast travel to a camp and talk to the merchant there. The merchant allows you to manage your ranch even if you're not in Menancia so it is really handy.
Next, you need to raise Rappigs in your ranch to acquire their meat. You'll need to wait a while for them to mature though. If you don't want to wait for a long time, you can use a miracle feed to make them grow fast.
In the event that you don't have the ranch yet, you'll need to finish the quest Pharia Ranch first.
Lastly, you can find White, Soft, and Fluffy Objects or simply Tofu, from an inn.
The easiest way to do this is to fast travel to Thistlym and buy x2 Tofu from the inn.
