You can complete Seeking the Ideal Waterfront by completing the following objectives:
Start the quest by speaking to the Curious Child near the center of Viscint, along the street towards Niez. They'll ask you to find several fishing spots all over Dahnan.
Start the hunt by speaking to Drashin at the other end of Viscint, near Trasilda Highway's gate.
Speak to the men near Messia 224's fast travel point to learn more about possible fishing locations in the region.
Look for the Hardworking Man in Ulzebek to learn more about possible fishing spots in the area. He's south of the fast travel point.
Your search ends in Pharia Ranch. Speak to Bogdel at the ranch to trigger a series of cutscenes. The sub-quest ends after your conversation with Kisara.
