You can complete In Pursuit of the Traveling Book by completing the following objectives:

1. Speak to the Librarian
2. Visit the Street Vendor in Viscint
3. Search for the Street Vendor in Cysloden
4. Search for the Ulzebek Peddler
5. Search for the Book in Rudhir Forest
6. Return the Book to the Librarian

Speak to the Librarian

Head east of Autelina Palace 1F, and enter the library so you could speak with the librarian inside.

Visit the Street Vendor in Viscint

Fast travel to Viscint, and proceed towards the street vendor located east of the Inn. You'll be told that the peddler who is in possession of the book opened shop in Central Plaza - Cysloden.

Search For the Street Vendor in Cysloden

Fast travel to Central Plaza - Cysloden, and head to the south central portion of the area. Talk with the street vendor, and you'll be told that the book is now at the hands of an Ulzebek street vendor.

Search For the Ulzebek Peddler

Fast travel to Ulzebek, and head east of the Inn. Talk to the Ulzebek peddler, and listen as he tells you that he droped the book somewhere at Rudhir Forest.

Search For the Book in Rudhir Forest

Fast travel to Messia 224, and head north towards Rudhir Forest. The book is located somewhere north of the area, and surrounded by Zeugles. Defeat the Zeugles around it, and claim the book.

Return the Book to the Librarian

Head back to Autelin Palace 1F, and talk with the librarian again to complete the sub-quest.
