Talk to Torvin in Aqfotle Hills once you finish "The Lord's Daughter" main quest. He's just outside Niez's gate with a couple of NPCs beside him.

You can complete Ignorance of Knowledge by completing the following objectives:
Head to the eastern area of Aqfotle Hills, and talk with Torvin. He'll be the person standing in the middle of two civilians wielding spears.
After talking with Torvin, you will need to acquire 3x Wind-Swept Mane. This is an item usually dropped by a Withered Wolf.
Luckily, Withered Wolves can be located just at the northern area of Adan Lake. Simply head towards the lake from Agfotle Hill, and follow the path so you could encounter the Withered Wolves.
You could simply eliminate Withered Wolves several times by heading back towards Agfotle Hills, and coming back to Adan Lake. Doing this will respawn the wolves in the area.
Repeat the process until you've acquired 3x Wind-Swept Mane.
After acquiring the 3x Wind-Swept Mane, head back to Torvin's location and interact with him to complete the sub-quest.
