You can complete Gourmet Saga: Wind of the New World by completing the following objectives:

1. Speak With Gourdeno
2. Find Out What Gourdeno's Cooking is Lacking
3. Report Back to Gourdeno
4. Acquire 3x Sweet and Sour, Lumpy Fruit
5. Acquire 3x Blue Fish That Tastes Great Raw or Cooked
6. Acquire 3x things that neither oink nor hop

Speak With Gourdeno

Start the quest by waking Gourdeno up by the bridge at the heart of Traslida Highway.

Find Out What Gourdeno's Cooking is Lacking

Talk to Renan Woman

Head to Viscint and speak to the Renan Woman north of the fast travel point.

Talk to Dahnan Man

After talking wiith her, head southwest of the Inn in Viscint and talk to the Dahnan Man.

Report Back to Gourdeno

Head back to Gourdeno by the bridge, and talk to him so you could share your findings.

Acquire 3x Sweet and Sour, Lumpy Fruit (Strawberry)

The sweet and sour, lumpy fruit that Gourdeno is talking about is actually a Strawberry! You can find some of them at the southeastern area of Pharia Ranch by a fence.

Acquire 3x Blue Fish That Tastes Great Raw or Cooked (Mackerel)

The blue fish that tastes great raw or cooked is actually a Mackerel! Head to the river leading north towards Waterfall Depths, and swim on it to grab some Mackerel.

Acquire 3x Things That Neither Oink Nor Hop (Rappig Meat)

The things that neither oink nor hop that Gourdeno is talking about are Rappig Meat!

To get Rappig Meat, head to Pharia Ranch and talk to Bogdel or talk to the Merchant in Traslida Highway to access the Ranch Menu.

Next, choose Rappig as the livestock to raise in the Ranch Menu, and select Miracle Feed for its feed to speed up their maturity process.

Rappigs take a while to grow so you can do other things while you wait for them to reach maturity. Check in on the ranch after 30 minutes to see if your Rappigs have yielded Rappig Meat.

After this, head back to Gourdeno to complete the quest.
