How to Unlock A Bright Schoolhouse
Head to Autelina Palace's Garden
The side quest should be available as soon as you enter Autelina Palace for the first time in the Beyond the Dawn DLC. Head to the courtyard on the first floor and speak to the Wise Renan Man with the child.
Take note that there are certain instances where this side-quest can only appear after finishing the "Free From Pursuit" main quest. It is currently unknown whether this is a bug or not, but it shouldn't prevent anyone from unlocking the quest regardless!

A Bright Schoolhouse Walkthrough Guide
You can complete A Bright Schoolhouse by completing the following objectives:
- Talk to the Client
- Acquire 3x Sharp Fang
- Acquire 3x Hard Bone
- Acquire 3x Earth Stone
- Deliver the Materials to the Client in Autelina Palace
Talk to the Client
Begin the quest by talking to the Wise Renan Man in Autelina Palace. He's beside a child in the first floor of the palace, beside the garden.
Acquire 3x Sharp Fang
Sharp Claws in the Beyond the Dawn DLC are primarily farmed from Withered Wolves (including their Alpha versions) and Archer Hawks in Adan Lake. Rioter Claws in Aqfotle Hills also drop these claws.
Acquire 3x Hard Bone
Hard Bones can be looted off Sweeper Apes in the Mausoleum. They're all over the place, but we recommend heading to the Central Stabilization Layer for three groups of Apes that are close together. You can even fight a fourth group if you enter the Control Compartment.
Acquire 1x Earth Stone
Earth Stones are rare drops from Ominous Earthen Masses in the Mausoleum. You can farm these alongside Hard Bones from Sweeper Apes in the Central Stabilization Layer.
Deliver the Materials to the Client in Autelina Palace
Once you have all of the materials, return to Autelina Palace and speak to the Wise Renan Man again to finish the quest.
