The quest is available in Ganath Haros - Pelegion once you fist visit Shinefall Woods during the For Whom Main Quest. Travel to Pelegion - Level 2, and head south of the area so you could talk to the Brooding Woman.

Search in Pelegion For People Who Know Nazamil
Travel to Pelegion - Level 2, and head south of the area so you could talk to the Brooding Woman.
Speak to Someone Who Knows Nazamil
Talk to the Elderly Renan Man
Head southeast from the Fast Travel location, and talk to the Elderly Renan Man.
Talk to the Intellectual Renan Man
Head northeast from the Fast Travel location, and talk to the Intellectual Renan Man.
Talk to the Chatty Renan Woman
Head northwest from the Fast Travel location, and talk to the Chatty Renan Woman.
Talk to the Renan Girl
Head to the southwest portion of the area, and talk to the Renan Girl.
Head to Shinefall Woods
Fast travel to Shinefall Woods, and locate the Renan Woman at the south central portion of the area. Interact with the Renan Woman once you find her.
Talk to the Renan Woman Again
Head back to the Brooding Woman, and talk to her so you could complete the sub-quest.
