You can find this massive Zeugle at the end of a narrow cliff in Frozen Valley.
The Agony Keeper flies and moves around around a lot so it can be hard to bring it down. Remember to keep the fight on the ground as much as possible and use wind artes to attack its tail.
Use Shionne, Rinwell, Alphen, and Law and maximize their boost attacks and powerful artes to take down this foe.
