How to Unlock The Keeper of Wallets [Reconstruction]
Unlocked Midway Through the "Budding" Main Quest
The Keeper of Wallets unlocks mid-way through the "Budding" main quest. The quest appears once you return to Viscint after helping Bogdel with his Zeugle in Pharia Ranch.

The Keeper of Wallets [Reconstruction] Walkthrough Guide
You can complete The Keeper of Wallets by completing the following objectives:
- Speak with the shopkeeper
- Invigorate the caravan soldiers
- Report the training results to the shopkeeper
Speak with the Shopkeeper
The quest starts by speaking to the Shopkeeper in Viscint, just beside Viscint's fast travel point.
Invigorate the Caravan Soldiers
Head to the training grounds east of the fast travel point and spar with the Caravan Soldiers inside. You'll be using Kisara and Dohalim for the entire training session. Training ends once all soldiers are defeated.
Report the Training Results to the Shopkeeper
Finish the quest by returning to the same shopkeeper by Viscint's fast travel point.
