Phosphene Legendary Shiny Weapon Skin Drop

There is no specific mission, challenge, or boss that will guarantee a Phosphene skin drop as they are a very rare. You'll have a very small chance of getting one whenever a legendary drops during your playthrough.

What Are Phosphenes?

Unique Weapon Skins for Legendaries

Phospenes are legendary shiny weapon skins that can be only be equipped to a legendary weapon of the same type of the cosmetic. Once you get a legendary weapon with a Phosphene skin, you'll be able to re-apply it to identical legendaries during your playthrough.

For example, if you get a Phosphene-skinned Lead Balloon, all other Lead Balloons you get afterwards can be re-skinned to have the Phosphene skin.
