Complete the Gone Are My Leggies Side Mission
Complete the Gone Are My Leggies side mission to unlock the Halt, Citizen vehicle customization. To start this mission, talk to Topper at Boglight Vigilance in the Dissected Plateau region south of Wyclef's Reprieve Safehouse.
Side mission rewards are also claimed from the reward chests via the Rewards button in the Inventory tab.
