To get Porygon, you will need to evolve them. This means that you will need to get their pre-evolution first and the fulfill their evolution requirement to get this Pokemon.

Porygon can be obtained at the Celadon Game Corner by purchasing them from the rewards counter. Unlike most other purchases, they can only be bought using the Game Corner's coins, meaning you will need to either farm coins by playing the slot machines, or by purchasing a ton of coins with Poke Dollars.
