These are all the weapons you can get from winning the Gestral Arena tournament at the Gestral Village.
Maelle's Medalum Weapon
If you beat Sciel at the Arena using Maelle, you will be rewarded with the Medalum weapon. It is one of Maelle's best weapons for Act 2 and Act 3.
This is considered the best weapon you can get out of the three weapons in the Gestral Arena. This is considered a Missable early game as the only other way you can obtain this weapon is by defeating Golgra.
How to Get Medalum and Locations
Lune's Trebuchim Weapon
Beating Sciel with Lune will reward you with the Trebuchim Weapon instead. It's Lune's best weapon during Act 1.
However, it's not recommended to get this weapon as you can get it even before the Gestral Arena tournament by defeating the Catapult Sakapatate and Ranger Sakapatate found at the Ancient Sanctuary.
How to Get Trebuchim and Locations
Gustave's Sakaram Weapon
For Gustave or Verso, you can get Sakaram as a reward for beating Sciel at the Gestral Arena. However, much like Lune's Trebuchim, you can just get this weapon by defeating the Robust Sakapatate at the Ancient Sanctuary, so it's recommended that you just get Maelle's Medalum.

How to Get Arena Weapons
Fight Sciel in the Gestral Arena Tournament
To get the Arena Weapons, you'll have to beat Sciel at the Gestral Arena tournament during Act I of the game. You'll have to specifically choose the character that rewards the weapon you want.
Note that you can only do this once, so you'll have to choose carefully. It's recommended that you get Maelle's Medalum as the only other way to get the weapon is by provoking and defeating Golgra.
Defeat Golgra to Get the Weapons
If you've already completed the Gestral Arena tournament without getting the weapon you desired, then the other way you can get some of these weapons is by defeating Golgra.
You can provoke and try to fight Golgra early on but it's not recommended as she has a high amount of HP and with the limiting damage cap and her high damage, it's likely it will take a ton of time before you can defeat her.
