Located in Sirene
The Glissando is found in the Sirene area, very close to the Crumbling Path Expedition Flag. Once you make it to the flag, Glissando will be in plain sight nearby.

How to Beat Glissando
Avoid Getting Enchanted
The Glissando has an attack that inflicts Charm on its target, which will cause the affected party member to lose control and attack the team instead of the enemy.
This is a particularly debilitating status effect, so prevent it by using the Anti-Charm Picto and Lumina dropped by the Tisseur to make this fight easier.
Don't Let the Fight Go Long
It is also recommended to finish the fight as quickly as possible, since the Glissando can gobble up a party member and remove them from the fight, further reducing your options in battle.
However, you can force the Glissando to expel the affected party member by breaking it and stunning the boss.
Use Ice and Dark Attacks
Lastly, use the Glissando's weakness against Ice and Dark to your advantage. Characters like Lune and Sciel will excel due to their specializations in these elements, and can make quick work of the boss.

Enchant Attack
Glissando enchants its target, sending a blast at a single target. The attack only hits once, but Charms if it lands. Dodge after the 2nd purple-pink energy pulse fires off.
Tail Slam
Glissando uses its tail to slam its target, swiping at the whole party 3 times. Each attack has a short windup, so dodge as soon as you see it move after winding up.
