Expedition 33 - Verogo Location

The Verogo Merchant is located in Frozen Hearts, which you can visit after reaching Act 2 of the game. It's recommended that you go out of your way to purchase this merchant's items as it could help you in your next encounters.

From the Iced Heart rest point, there is a frozen train you can climb up to. Keep heading up and grapple to each platform. At the end, you will meet Verogo.
