The Chromatic Braseleur can be found in The Reacher as you make your way up the mountain. The Chromatic Braseleur is located on a floating wooden platform, accessible via grappling points.

How to Beat Chromatic Braseleur
Dodge and Parry All Attacks
It is important to dodge and parry the Chromatic Braseleur's attacks as they are all very dangerous. The Hammer Smash can Stun the target character, while the Hammer Combo hits six times. Additionally, the Orb Shots can either Burn or Freeze the target character.
Shoot the Floating Orbs
The Chromatic Braseleur will spend a turn summoning orbs whose element is based on what its current element is. They can be destroyed by shooting them, which will give you two advantages. The first is that it will prevent the Chromatic Braseleur from using its Orb Shot every turn, reducing the amount of attacks you have to dodge or parry.
The second is that, if the Chromatic Braseleur's element is different from the Orb's, the Orb will deal damage to it. Of course, this also means that shooting the orb that is the same element as the Chromatic Braseleur will heal it instead.
Use the Orb Attacks to Parry Enemy to Death
Alternatively, if you are confident with your parrying, you can parry the Orb Shots infinitely as parrying the Orbs makes it shoot again. You can repeat this until the Chromatic Braseleur is dead.
Avoid Fire and Ice Weapons
When fighting the Chromatic Braseleur, it will often swap between Fire and Ice. Attacking them with the same element will heal them. To avoid accidental healing it, especially when parrying its attacks, it is better to avoid equipping Fire and Ice weapons on your characters.
If you would rather advantage of the Chromatic Braseleur's weakness and bring Fire and Ice weapons skills, make sure that you are using the opposite element to avoid healing it.
