Clair Obscur Expedition 33 - Spring Meadows

Spring Meadows Boss Locations

There are three bosses you can fight in Spring Meadows:

  1. Chromatic Lancelier
  2. Jar
  3. Eveque

Chromatic Lancelier

Chromatic Lancelier

Chromatic Lancelier is an optional boss you can fight close to the Grand Meadow rest point.

Upon starting battle, Hit its weak point with your gun. Then, use Lune's Ice Lance skill to hit its weakness. Try to parry and counter this boss to increase its Stun gauge, making it easier to take down.

How to Beat Chromatic Lancelier

Jar

Jar Location

Jar is an optional boss you can fight after completing Jar's side quest in this area. After finding him in the Abandoned Expeditioner Camp rest point, find the Resin item further into the area then bring it back to him, and light the tip of his torch-like weapon.

You will have the option to attack him after this is done.

Should You Attack Jar?

Eveque

Eveque Boss

Eveque is a required story boss that you find at the end of the Spring Meadows area. You will fight this boss right after passing the Indigo Tree rest point.

Hit the boss' huge central weak point when it is glowing blue. Doing this removes its Shields. Always parry and counter its ice spells to quickly fill up its Stun gauge. Quickly defeat its summoned enemies by hitting their weak spots and focusing fire on them to wipe them out quickly.

All Expedition Flag Rest Points in Spring Meadows

Spring Meadows Rest Points
Spring Meadows Rest Point - Meadows Corridor

1. Meadows Corridor
Found shortly after meeting Lune. Simply progress through the linear area until you find it.
Spring Meadows Rest Point - Grand Meadow

2. Grand Meadow
Found after passing through the ruins of a house. You will exit into a large open field view a view of the Paintress' monolith.
Spring Meadows Rest Point - Abandoned Expeditioner Camp

3. Abandoned Expeditioner Camp
Found after making progress from the Grand Meadow. An NPC called Jar is sitting right next to it.
Spring Meadows Rest Point - The Indigo Tree

4. The Indigo Tree
Found close to the end of the area. Be wary as you will fight a boss right after passing this rest point.

This is a list of all Expedition Flags that are used to fast travel from one point of an area to another. You can also level up your attributes and learn new skills at these rest point flags.

The Lanceram is a weapon for Gustave. It is dropped by Lanceliers, which are typical lance-wielding enemies in Spring Meadows.

Lighterim

The Lighterim is a weapon for Lune. It is dropped by Abbests, which are tiny common enemies with triangle heads and green weak points.

How to Get: Found in a rocky alley a little after the Meadows Corridor rest point.

How to Get: Received as a reward for defeating the Chromatic Lancelier a little past the Grand Meadow fast travel point.

How to Get: Found on the edge of a cliff a little after the Abandoned Expeditioner Camp fast travel point. After exiting the cave and seeing the flare signal, immediately head left to find the item.

Healing Tints also remove all Status Effects from the target.

How to Get: Obtained as a reward for defeating Eveque, the story boss at the end of the Spring Meadows area.

The Baguette cosmetic set can be obtained by defeating the Mime in Spring Meadows. You can find the Mime near the Grand Meadow fast travel point.

From the above fast travel point, head left, away from the giant hulking enemy, to a path guarded by an enemy with a lance. Follow this path to the end, doing some platforming via grappling hook to find the Mime.
