Trigger-Happy can be found at Verso's Drafts. From the Open Playground expedition flag, head north to Romanifo, the Nevron with floating balloons. Shoot the balloons to start the boss fight, then keep shooting them to damage the Half-Baked Gestral. Defeat the boss to obtain Trigger-Happy.
