The Chromatic Luster is located in the Forgotten Battlefield. From the Fading Woman, take the right path and follow it all the way to the end to find this boss.

How to Beat Chromatic Luster
Use Lightning Element Attacks
The Chromatic Luster is weak to Lightning Element attacks, so exploit this weakness to do more damage to it. Lune has access to several Lightning skills, and will excel against this boss when using them.
Lune Best Builds and Attributes
Avoid Fire Elemental Attacks
Conversely, it absorbs Fire Element attacks, so avoid using these against it. Otherwise, it will jheal itself off of any Fire attack, prolonging the fight.
Remove Burn From Your Characters
The Chromatic Luster can also consume any Burn on your party to heal itself. To avoid this, remove Burn with effects like Cleansing Tint, or parry its attacks to protect yourself from the Chromatic Luster's Burn application.
