How to Find Lost Woods
Finish Yellow Harvest
To access Lost Woods, the player must finish Esquie's Nest and get Esquie to allow access into Yellow Harvest first.
The player must then kill the Glaise optional boss located north of the the Yellow Spire Wrecks rest point. Prepare the party and characters before engaging this target to make the fight easier.
The player will be allowed access to the northern terminus of Yellow Harvest, exiting there gives a straight shot to Lost Woods.

Fly with Esquie
Another option would be to acquire Esquie's flying capabiltiies in Act 3, allowing players to enter Lost Woods without completing Yellow Harvest.
Note that the back route towards Yellow Harvest will be blocked until Glaise is defeated.

Access the Bridge After Exiting
The player can then access a small bridge to the right of the Yellow Harvest path, which allows the player to bypass Yellow Harvest and go straight to Lost Woods.
Lost Woods Music Records
Aline's Glasshouse
This area has a Music Record containing the song Aline's Glasshouse. This item is located in the center of the field, on top a rubbled staircase.
This can then be used in a Campsite by going to the phonograph behind the fireplace.
No Other Interactables
Aside from this, the area is not a fully-fledged place to explore, with the player only being able to run through a single area around the broken stair platform. No known enemy encounters also exist in this location.
