How to Unlock Complete a Quest Items

Aside from the level-up and camp resource materials, the Grandis Merchant also sells a total of seven locked items, all of which are initially denoted by a “Complete a Quest” text. You can only unlock these items by giving the merchant the Eternal Ice, a drop from the optional boss, Gargant!
