Found on the The Continent
The Chromatic Demineur is found on the Continent, on a mountain north of the Stone Quarry and east of the Painting Workshop.

Can Be Fought in Endless Tower
It can also be fought as an encounter in the Endless Tower, on floor 9-2 alongside a Thunder Eveque and a Stalact, and on floor 10-1 alongside a Chromatic Portier and a Clair.
How to Beat Chromatic Demineur
Do Not Use Fire Element Attacks
The Chromatic Demineur will absorb Fire-Element attacks, rendering this element ineffective during the fight. Instead, use Ice as it is weak to this element.
Be Prepared for Burn
The Chromatic Demineur can inflict the Burn status effect, which can deal heavy damage during each turn if not mitigated.
Use effects like the Anti-Burn or Cleansing Tint Pictos and Luminas, or Lune's Healing Light to cleanse the burn.
Note That Chromatic Demineur Flies
The Chromatic Demineur retains its normal version's quality of being a Flying Enemy, meaning that most attacks have less accuracy against it. You will have to use Free Aim to consistently deal damage through shooting it.
