The Continent
Sprong can be found in The Continent, located in the middle of the ocean between the Crushing Cavern and Blades' Graveyard areas.

How to Beat Sprong
Learn Sprong's Attacks
The battle with Sprong does not have any complicated gimmicks such as Chromatic Hexga's crystal or Lampmaster's lights, instead testing player skill due to its long-winded combos and quick projectiles.
Learn its moveset to perform successful parries and counterattacks for extra damage, or fully mitigate damage received via well-timed dodges to create a one-sided fight favoring the player.
Equip Damage Boosting Luminas
- Paintress Power
- Glass Cannon
- Inverted Affinity
- Warming Up
- Empowering Dodge
- Empowering Parry + Augmented Counter
- First Strike + Augmented First Strike
As the fight lacks any gimmick that mandate a specific Lumina to counter, it is best to equip damage boosting Luminas that suit your playstyle instead.
Paintress Power and Warming Up are recommended choices to boost damage dealt with little to no downsides, and the removal of damage cap via Paintress Power is especially important. Warming Up is highly preferred as Sprong's high health will likely prolong the fight.
Skilled players can opt for Glass Cannon and either the Empowering Dodge or Parry Luminas depending in their preferred defensive option, while First Strike allows the party to act first and set up buffs or burst damage at the start of the fight.
