Lady of Sap is a Quest NPC that's located in Falling Leaves, which is unlocked during Act 2: Verso. The player must go and descend from the Resinveil Grove Expeditionary Flag using a nearby rope point.
Continue heading to the path until a dark cave is seen. Neutralize the Gault mob ahead and get inside the cave to find an upside-down lady covered in sap.
Beside her is a Manor Door that the player can enter. The Lady of Sap is non-hostile and will not attack the player.

| How to Make the Lady of Sap Talk? | |

| 1 |  If you have not interacted with the Little Boy but have found the Lady of Sap already, they will not talk. Find the Little Boy first, located near an enclosed gate northeast of the Resinveil Grove Expeditionary Flag and just a few sprints away. |
| 2 |  Talk to the Little Boy to discover that he is concerned about the Lady of Sap's actions. He entrusts you to deliver this message to the Lady of Sap. Do as he says and go find her. |
| 3 |  You can find the Lady of Sap by using the Resinveil Grove Expeditionary Flag as a landmark, look right and you will see a rope point. Jump down and approach that rope point to descend. Head straight to the arch and follow the path until another rope point leading down is found. |
| 4 | Descend to reach the bottom of Falling Leaves then engage or avoid the Gault mob. The player should then see an ominous dark cave ahead. Get inside the cave to see the Lady of Sap and talk to her. She will tell you to relay her own message back to the Little Boy. If you have talked to the Little Boy before finding the Lady of Sap, they will speak immediately. |

Return to the Little Boy to relay her message. He will express further concern about the Lady of Sap but then he offers you access to the gate ahead. Head to the gate to engage the Scavenger and defeat it. Attempting to talk to the Lady of Sap after this will result in nothing happening as she will be silent again. |

Return to the Little Boy after taking down Scavenger. He will thank you for your deeds and proceed to give you a Music Record, Until Next Life and he will be in silence once more. Attempting to talk to the Lady of Sap after this will result in nothing happening as she will be silent again. |
Lady of Sap Quest Rewards
Allows Access to Scavenger
Should the player be able to make the Lady of Sap talk and deliver her message back to the Little Boy, the player will be rewarded with access to the last section of Falling Leaves and fight Scavenger.
Until Next Life Music Record
Once Scavenger is defeated, the player can talk to the Little Boy back at the gate to be rewarded with a Music Record, Until Next Life.
Lady of Sap Will Not Talk Anymore
The Lady of Sap after their initial conversation will continue to remain silent for the rest of the game. No known interactions exist that can make her talk again.
This can be considered the indicator to completing her quest.
