The Chromatic Echassier can be located in Lumiere, standing in your way to the Opera House. Defeating it will give you access to the grapples that will lead to the opera house.

How to Beat Chromatic Echassier
Dodge and Parry Its Attacks
The Chromatic Echassier has relatively simple attack patterns, and as such is easy to dodge and parry. Doing so will mitigate any possible damage to your team.
Bring Anti-Blight
If you are not confident in your dodging and parrying skills, it is a good idea to equip the Anti-Blight Lumina as getting hit by any of the Chromatic Echassier's attacks will apply Blight, which lowers your max HP by 10% per stack.

| How to Dodge | Attacks will come in pairs except for the last one. Dodge the first pair of attacks, then wait a little before dodging the next pair. Wait again before dodging the third pair, then dodge the final single attack. |

| How to Counter | Each attack will have a sound cue before they happen. Parry the first two attacks, the wait for the Chromatic Echassier to raise its arms before parrying two more times. Repeat this another time, then wait to parry the final attack. |
