There are three Secret Bosses in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which are easily missable through normal exploration. See all the Hidden Bosses and the Secret Bosses locations here!

Secret Bosses Locations
The Crows Secret Boss
To find Chromatic Chapelier, head to The Crows and shoot every crow you can find in the area. Once you've cleared them all, Chromatic Chapelier will appear.
You can find The Crows west of the Visages. Use Esquie's swimming ability to reach the area.
Flying Manor Secret Boss
You can find Clea in the Flying Manor after completing all four trials in the area. Once done, you can access the door ahead of the trials, where you'll find Clea on the other end.
The Flying Manor is only accessible in Act 3, as it requires Esquie's flying ability to reach.
The Abyss - Renoir's Drafts Secret Boss
Simon can be fought in The Abyss, a location only accessible as you explore Renoir's Drafts.
To find this area, simply make your way to the glowing pillar in the middle of Renoir's Drafts. Enter the opening, and you'll find yourself in the Abyss. Head to the cliff and drop down to find Simon.
The Reacher
Alicia can be fought at the top of The Reacher. Make sure that you have started Maelle's Level 7 Relationship Quest to be able to start this fight.
The Monolith
After defeating the Paintress, return to The Monolith and make your way to the top again. The Chromatic Clair Obscur will be waiting for you at the top.
All Hidden Bosses
Chromatic Chapelier
Chromatic Chapelier is a secret boss in The Crows, and is easily missable if you don't know its spawn mechanics. It has complete resistance to light and dark and uses revolving masks, which can silence your party if it hits.
How to Beat Chromatic Chapelier
Clea
Clea is a secret boss that can be fought in the Flying Manor. The fight revolves around parrying and countering, as any missed opportunities to do so will heal her, prolonging the battle in the process.
Simon
Simon is a secret boss that can be found in the Abyss, accessible through Renoir's Drafts. This is one of the most challenging secret bosses in the game, so make sure to build each character first before attempting this battle!
Alicia
Alicia is a secret boss that can be fought in The Reacher. This fight can only be started if you are doiing Maelle's Level 7 Relationship Quest. It is also a solo fight between Alicia and Maelle.
Chromatic Clair Obscur
The Chromatic Clair Obscur is a secret boss that can be fought in The Monolith after beating The Paintress. Make your way back to the Monolith to fight it.
