How to Get Baguette and Location
Reach NG+ and Exchange Festival Tokens
The Baguette can be obtained at the start of a New Game+ and only if you have a Festival Token in your inventory. After you get down on the street and have talked to Sophie, you can come across a bakery as you go through the streets of Lumiere.
Approach the bakery shop and there will be a button prompt. If you want to get the weapon for the character you want, then make sure you are currently using that character before interacting. If you've used the Festival Token in your previous run, then you have no choice but to finish the game again to get the Baguette.
Tokens and Where to Get Festival Tokens
Reach NG++ to Get All the Weapons
Assuming that you've gotten all 3 Festival Tokens and have never tried using them when starting your game, then you'll likely get all the weapons for each character by your 2nd New Game+ (NG++) as you'll need a total of 5 Festival tokens to get all the weapons.
Each run will only get you 3 Festival Tokens. If you used up all your tokens on your first playthrough, which most players will likely do, then you'll only complete the Baguette collection by the 3rd New Game+ (NG+++) run.

Weapon Level Passive Upgrades

※ The weapon level Passive Upgrade for this weapon will only appear when you unlock Verso as a character.
Baguette Total Chroma Catalyst
Baguette will be at the max level once you obtain it, so no additional Chroma Catalyst tints are required to upgrade the weapon.

s3mp 6 monthsPLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, whoever reads this guide, dont forget to spend at least one your token on the Old Key in the Prologue during your first playthrough to be able to get 100% achievement. It is sold by Colette (relics merchant). This is not mentioned explicitly in this guide and I had to restart my first playthrough.
