First Rock Crystal Step 1
After talking to the Hexga NPC, go inside the opening to find the Tide Caverns Expedition Flag in Stone Wave Cliffs and grapple towards the other side. Use the zipline at the end of the path to reach the lower floor.

First Rock Crystal Step 2
After using the zipline, walk along the leftmost section and go up the slope. Strike the bright crystal at the corner and collect the Rock Crystal from its remains. Be careful of the enemies nearby.

Second Rock Crystal Step 1
After locating the first Rock Crystal, turn right and then go towards the structure submerged in water. Before you step into the water, turn around and head right, going up the slope.

Second Rock Crystal Step 2
Go behind the rock formation to find the second Rock Crystal. Strike it and collect the item in its place.

While you're facing the second Rock Crystal, turn left and then jump down the ledge. Go to the zipline you see, but do not use it.

Third Rock Crystal Step 2
After reaching the zipline's location, a bright crystal nearby will emerge from the ground. Fight it for the Rocher boss fight to trigger.

Rocher Rewards
The third Rock Crystal can be obtained as a drop from the Rocher!

After collecting the 3 Rock Crystals, return to the Hexga NPC in Stone Wave Cliffs can be unlocked during Act 1. Specifically, the NPC is located the cliff overlooking the Old Farm near the Tide Caverns Expedition Flag.
