Speak to Richard in the Flower Market to obtain A Uniform for Richard's Son. After meeting with the other Expeditioners in the harbor, speak to Jules situated near the lamp post by the docks to obtain the Crimson Uniform.
Note that this costume is a missable and must be obtained before listening to Emma's speech.

Chroma Catalyst
Repeatedly interact with the trash can next to the Nicholas statue to discover the Trash-Can Man. This NPC will provide a Chroma Catalyst used to upgrade weapons later.
Bun Haircut for Gustave

Give Amandine a Festival Token to obtain Gustave's Bun Haircut cosmetic. This can be redeemed after meeting with the Expeditioners in the harbor.
Weird Picto
Exchange a Festival Token with Tom to gain a Weird Picto. This can be used to obtain an equippable Picto later in the story.
Old Key
Speak to Colette and hand over a Festival Token to acquire the Old Key. This key unlocks a door at a later area that leads to an Expedition Journal.
