It is not recommended to attack Danseuse as players will lose the opportunity to gain a special reward later in the story. Another Nevron NPC can be spoken to later on that will award the players for keeping these special Nevrons alive.
Choosing to attack Danseuse Teacher will lead to a boss fight. Restore your health and update your attributes and skills at the nearby rest point before choosing this option.

If players wish to engage with the Danseuse's "final dance", it is best to do so after unlocking the Aiding the Enemy achievement. The "final dance" will lead to a boss fight with Danseuse, and its defeat may possibly lock out the player from a special reward at a later area.
Players may instead return to the Danseuse Teacher after unlocking the achievement to obtain all the possible rewards from the Nevron Quests. This includes the special reward from Blanche in addition to the quest reward and battle loot.

I've just finished the Nervron quest (and gotten the 100x Color of Lumina as a reward) having aided only 6/9 of the Nevrons, which means you should be able to kill any 3 of the White Nevrons you want. After having finished the quest, I've killed the one in the Floating Cemetery for a Picto and now am going to kill this one for Augmented Counter III - would be a shame to miss out on this powerful Picto, especially if you've already finished the quest anyway. Your guide needs updating.

It's the order in which you do things. once you have received the 100 color of lumina, *then* you can go back and fight/kill the white nevrons if you wish. You just can't do it beforehand. So if you helped 6/9 and killed the other three... and then went for the reward, you would not have received it.
